The Institute is designed to offer secondary history and government teachers an up-close examination of the North Dakota Court System. It involves the study of court jurisdiction and process, judicial decision-making, and the U.S. Constitution. Participants will learn how a case makes its way to the U.S. Supreme Court and how it is ultimately decided. Participants will receive resource materials and lesson plans that they can take back to the classroom.
