T&L 2900: North Dakota Justices Teaching Institute

The Institute is designed to offer secondary history and government teachers an up-close examination of the North Dakota Court System. It involves the study of court jurisdiction and process, judicial decision-making, and the U.S. Constitution. Participants will learn how a case makes its way to the U.S. Supreme Court and how it is ultimately decided.
