At BHS, we work to foster Collective Teacher Efficacy (CTE) to improve student literacy and achievement. Collective Teacher Efficacy is educators' shared belief that through their combined efforts they can positively influence student outcomes, including outcomes for those who are disengaged, unmotivated, and/or disadvantaged. In accordance with our CTE Equation, this learning opportunity will not only have systems in place to build CTE, but also allow teachers to dive deeper into intentional and rigorous implementation of BHS's Instructional Framework AND our CTE aspects of "mastery experiences" and "vicarious experiences."
