T&L 2900: BHS Educator Wellness 2025 (Book Study)

At BHS, we work to foster Collective Teacher Efficacy (CTE) to improve student literacy and work towards implementation of high quality instruction. Collective Teacher Efficacy is educators' shared belief that through their combined efforts they can positively influence student outcomes, including outcomes for those who are disengaged, unmotivated, and/or disadvantaged. However, CTE (and our CTE Equation) and high-quality pedagogy is only as strong as the educator who works to implement them.
