At BHS, we work to foster Collective Teacher Efficacy (CTE) to improve student literacy and achievement. Collective Teacher Efficacy is educators' shared belief that through their combined efforts they can positively influence student outcomes, including outcomes for those who are disengaged, unmotivated, and/or disadvantaged.
