Empowering Educators Through Coaching, Wellness, and Support ND RISE is dedicated to strengthening educator retention, fostering leadership, and promoting wellness through coaching and mentorship. This two-day training will equip educational leaders with the skills and resources needed to thrive in their roles and support their colleagues effectively.

This course is offered for Educational Leaders who are participating in or have graduated from the ND RISE Coaches Academy. The activities included in this course are in supplement and developed to enrich the Coaches Academy experience.

This course will prepare experienced teachers to serve as mentors for first year teachers as part of the ND Teacher Support System Mentoring Program.
