EDL 2900: BHS MANDT/SEL Implementation 2025-26

At BHS, we work to foster Collective Teacher Efficacy (CTE) to improve student literacy and achievement. Collective Teacher Efficacy is educators' shared belief that through their combined efforts they can positively influence student outcomes, including outcomes for those who are disengaged, unmotivated, and/or disadvantaged. In accordance with our CTE Equation, this learning opportunity will not only have systems in place to build CTE, but also allow teachers to dive deeper into the intentional and rigorous implementation of the "Relationships" element within our BHS Instructional Framework Continuum. Thus, this learning opportunity is designed to not only help elevate educators in a collaborative fashion (building CTE within our Collective Teacher Efficacy Equation at BHS), but also help participants nurture well-rounded learners.
