Cancellation Policy 

OLLI Annual Membership fees and Semester Course Package fees are non-refundable. Courses with class fees are eligible for a full refund until seven (7) calendar days before the start of the class. Cancellation and refund terms for field trips and other special events may vary. Information will be available in the OLLI catalog and on the registration website.

Exception requests involving illness, death, or other extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing via email to registration_services@ua.edu no later than seven(7) calendar days after the event.
