Continuing the Conversation

Join us for a two-part webinar designed to build on the insights from the 2025 Doing What Matters for Alabama's Children conference.Part 1: The RAISE Act in Alabama (9 - 11 am)Discover how Alabama's new school funding law is reshaping education. The RAISE Act introduces a hybrid funding model that goes beyond the current Foundation Program, providing additional resources for students in poverty, English language learners, gifted students, and those with special needs. Learn what this means for schools, educators, and families. Part 2: Pages Over Pixels (11 am - noon)Children younger than 2 learn best from exploring the world around them and playing with other children and adults.  Help babies and children develop, learn and grow by limiting their screen time (and yours).
