OSHA 3095 Electrical Standards

This course covers OSHA Electrical Standards and the hazards associated with electrical installations and equipment. Topics include single and three phase systems, cord and plug connected, fixed equipment, grounding, ground fault circuit interrupters, and safety-related work practices. Emphasis is placed on electrical hazard recognition and OSHA Standards, policies and procedures and applicable portions of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Students will participate in workshops on the safe and correct use of electrical testing equipment.

PLEASE NOTE: If the class is Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) via Zoom it is intended for persons who are previous customers or reside or work within the OSHA Birmingham Region which includes Alabama, Arkansas, Florida Panhandle, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. If you live or work outside of this region and are not a previous customer, we encourage you to seek virtual training within your Regional Authorized OTI Education Centers.
