Advanced Placement Institute

The University of Alabama is pleased to partner with the College Board to offer the Advanced Placement (AP) Institute for current AP teachers who are looking to strengthen their program or teachers who are new to the AP program seeking guidance on curriculum and teaching methods.

The New AP Teacher sessions are for designed for teachers new to AP or withminimal training in AP. The Experienced AP Teacher sessions are designed for experienced AP teachers who have previously attended an introductory AP training session and have taught an AP course for at least two years.

Registration for the 2021 courses will open in March, 2021.
