The Trussville slogan is "Gateway to Happy Living." Heritage Hall in Trussville was built in 1938 as part of the Cahaba Project, a housing initiative of Franklin D. Roosevelt's New Deal projects. Our tour will be docent-led with a plethora of knowledge of the history and growth of the Trussville area. After visiting the museum, we will travel to the surrounding area, take in the gazebo, which was constructed in the 1930s, and then end with a "Dutch-treat" lunch at a local restaurant.
