September 7, 2023 to November 2, 2023, 06:00pm - 09:00pm, Classroom (H-057)

Classroom and on-cycle instruction under controlled range conditions using Motorcycle Training Safety Center motorcycles. MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) accredited course. Practice skills of effective motorcycle operation, braking, obstacle avoidance, strategies for critical conditions, protective gear, types of motorcycles, inspection, and care. Successful completers of both riding and written tests receive an insurance discount, plus a waiver for the Oklahoma DMV test's riding and driving portion. PPE required: long-sleeved shirt, long-legged pants, over-the-ankle closed-toe shoes, helmet, eye protection (sunglasses, goggles, safety glasses, or reading glasses), and gloves.
