Course Detail: FOOD-3422 - ServSafeŽ Manager Refresher
Required skill/experience: Current industry certification.
This class provides 3-hours of review and allocates 2-hours of time for the test. Registration must be made at least 1 week prior to the class start date to allow the required time to study your book. Enroll in-person or online and pick up your book at the Client Service Center, 3638 S. Memorial Drive. Classes are taught in English, unless specified. The ServSafeŽ test is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Canadian French, and large print. Please note, English, Spanish, Chinese, and large print tests are administered online.
