Course Detail: 149AEROBICFLOW - 149 Wellness Wednesday! Aerobic Flow

Groove to high-energy, choreographed classic dance hits and maybe even hit your 5,000 steps while you're at it! This low-impact aerobics class is about moving to the beat, with your instructor leading a series of easy-to-follow foot and arm combinations. For an added challenge, optional resistance bands will be available for a strength boost during the class's slower beat interval portion. Come for the music, stay for the fun - no dance experience required!
