Course Detail: Improving Quality Measures in Skilled Nursing Facilities - Interprofessional Approach to Falls
When working on a healthcare team, it is critical for team members to work collaboratively towards a common goal. This team approach centers around what each member can contribute to optimizing outcomes, rather than everyone working in silos toward separate goals. Each team member comes to this practice area with different educational backgrounds and experiences. To improve collaboration, everyone must have a shared understanding of the problem and some familiarity with the language used in that content area.
