Course Detail: FOUNDATIONS.OF.ENTREPRENEURSHIP - Foundations of Entrepreneurship

Throughout the program, students learn essential business development concepts including business structure and setup, licensing and compliance, budgeting and financial organization, branding and marketing, customer retention, operational systems, productivity strategies, and long-term growth planning. The curriculum is designed to eliminate guesswork and help students avoid the costly mistakes many entrepreneurs make when trying to piece together information on their own. This program is ideal for aspiring entrepreneurs, trade students, small business owners, side-hustlers transitioning into full-time business ownership, and professionals looking to strengthen their business operations knowledge. The goal is not simply to teach students how to start a business, but to equip them with the foundational systems, processes, and mindset necessary to build a business capable of long-term success and scalability.
