Course Detail: PHRMTECH - Pharmacy Tech

Discover the role of pharmacy technicians, the environments in which they work, and the skills necessary to perform their required professional responsibilities. Learn and practice injection training. Topics include inventory management, drug regulations and control, pharmaceutical terminology, HIPAA, prescriptions, pharmaceutical calculations, compounding sterile formulations, hospital and community pharmacy, financial issues and more. 10 hours of Pharmacy Internship included. Must know how to calculate math problems. "For this course, all students are required to purchase a book during the enrollment process."

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refunds must be requested a minimum of three business days prior to the first meeting of the course to qualify for a full refund. Refunds requested less than three business days before a course begins will be subject to a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the second course meeting. No refunds will be given for books, supplies, or any other non-tuition items. Refunds cannot be issued for non-attendance.
