CNA Orientation is required for ALL CNA students, regardless if they are self-pay or sponsored by another organization. Please review CNA course description or call 595-4794 for more information.10 am Orientations are for day classes and 12 pm Orientations are for evening classes. The CNA class will be open after the finish of the orientation. REQUIREMENT: Please bring to orientation: government issued photo ID, proof of Social Security number, OSBI name-based background check with sexual and violent offender within the last three months, negative TB skin test (last six months), flu shot (in season), completed medical release form and AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers card. All permanent residents must submit evidence of their permanent resident card. PREREQUISITE: Current American Heart Association BLS (CPR) certification.
