Course Overview:

This intensive three-day workshop is tailored for mid- to senior-level executives tasked with driving innovation and transformation within their organizations. Together, we will explore the strategic applications of Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) technology, equipping you with practical insights and leadership-level understanding of its potential to reshape the future of work.

• Day 1: AI fundamentals, terminology, tools, and individual exercises
• Day 2: Case studies and group exercises
• Day 3: AI ethics, lifecycle, adoption, and an expert panel discussion

Daily Schedule:

• Course Begins: 9:00 AM | Doors Open: 8:30 AM
