Course Detail: PBS.SAT - Pilates, Burn & Stretch (Saturdays)
Pilates Burn & Stretch with Lori Mathews offers a balanced workout experience that combines controlled strengthening exercises with restorative stretching for total-body wellness.Participants will engage the core, improve muscular endurance, and strengthen posture through intentional Pilates-based movement while also increasing flexibility and mobility through guided stretching sequences. The class is designed to challenge the body without overwhelming it, creating a workout that feels both energizing and restorative.This class is ideal for participants looking to improve body awareness, flexibility, stability, and overall conditioning in a welcoming, supportive environment. You will leave feeling stronger, longer, and refreshed from the inside out. **Note: Participants need a yoga mat, 2-5lb dumbbells, small exercise ball and a Pilates ring. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
