Course Detail: PBS - Pilates Burn & Stretch

Strong, balanced movement starts with control, alignment, and flexibility. Pilates Burn & Stretch with Claire Belden is designed to help participants build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility through focused, low-impact movement. Each session combines Pilates-based strengthening exercises with thoughtful stretching to support joint health, muscle balance, and overall mobility. Movements are guided with intention, allowing participants to challenge their muscles while staying connected to proper form and breath.

Whether you are looking to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, or add a restorative balance to your fitness routine, this class supports whole-body wellness in a calm, encouraging environment. You will leave feeling longer, stronger, and more in tune with how your body moves.  **Note: Participants need a yoga mat, 2-5lb dumbbells, small exercise ball and a Pilates ring.  ***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
