Course Detail: MCHRYOGA - MetroFIT Chair Yoga

The NEW MetroFIT Chair Yoga class with Lori Mathews is designed to help you improve flexibility, balance, and strength with the stability and confidence of a chair by your side.Using seated and supported standing movements, you'll gently stretch tight muscles, strengthen areas that support posture and joint health, and improve range of motion in a safe and controlled way. The chair provides added stability, making each movement accessible while still delivering meaningful physical benefits.Breathing techniques are thoughtfully woven throughout the class to reduce tension, calm the mind, and promote relaxation. Whether you are new to exercise, returning after time away, or simply looking for a low-impact option, this class meets you where you are.MetroFIT Chair Yoga isn't about intensity-it's about consistency, confidence, and feeling stronger in everyday life. You'll leave taller, steadier, and more energized to take on your day. **Note: Participants need a yoga mat and a small exercise ball. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available.
