Course Detail: KICKBOX.LVL1 - Kickboxing

MetroFIT Kickboxing with Tessa Martin delivers a dynamic, full-body workout that combines athletic movement, striking techniques, and cardio conditioning in an encouraging, community-driven environment.
This class is designed to meet you where you are. Beginners are guided through proper form and controlled movement, while returning participants can push intensity at their own pace. Each session builds strength, improves coordination, and boosts endurance, while also offering a powerful outlet to release stress and refocus your mind.
MetroFIT Kickboxing isn't about perfection. It's about progress, confidence, and showing up for yourself. You'll leave class energized, accomplished, and ready to take on whatever comes next. **Note: Participants are encouraged to wear weighted gloves but not required.
***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
