Biography: Dr. Basheerah Ahmad is an internationally respected Holistic Nutritionist and Longevity Trainer, specializing in transformative health solutions for adults 40 and up. She is the founder of the "Get Healthy w/Dr. B: 28 Day Challenges", a nationally followed program that has helped hundreds of individuals reset their health through nutrition, movement, and mindset.Dr. Ahmad currently serves as the Nutritionist to Steve Harvey, Wellness Director for Steve Harvey Global, Wellness Director for MELT Education, and Wellness Consultant for MetroTech Career Centers. She is a passionate advocate for community health and a sought-after keynote speaker for health and wellness events across the country.With a heart for service and a lifetime of impact, Dr. Ahmad first rose to national recognition as Miss Black America 1996, using her platform to promote healthy living through the arts. She holds a BBA in Business Management, a Master?s in Organizational Development, a Master?s in Exercise Science, and a Doctorate in Natural Medicine.Over the years, Dr. B has become a trusted voice in wellness education and media, featured as a fitness expert on NBC-Universal?s Radius, Dr. Phil, The Doctors, VH1, The Today Show, and the Discovery Channel.
