Biography: Dr. Basheerah Ahmad is an internationally respected Holistic Nutritionist and Longevity Trainer, specializing in transformative health solutions for adults 40 and up. She is the founder of the "Get Healthy w/Dr. B: 28 Day Challenges", a nationally followed program that has helped hundreds of individuals reset their health through nutrition, movement, and mindset.Dr. Ahmad currently serves as the Nutritionist to Steve Harvey, Wellness Director for Steve Harvey Global, Wellness Director for MELT Education, and Wellness Consultant for MetroTech Career Centers. She is a passionate advocate for community health and a sought-after keynote speaker for health and wellness events across the country.With a heart for service and a lifetime of impact, Dr. Ahmad first rose to national recognition as Miss Black America 1996, using her platform to promote healthy living through the arts. She holds a BBA in Business Management, a Master?s in Organizational Development, a Master?s in Exercise Science, and a Doctorate in Natural Medicine.Over the years, Dr. B has become a trusted voice in wellness education and media, featured as a fitness expert on NBC-Universal?s Radius, Dr. Phil, The Doctors, VH1, The Today Show, and the Discovery Channel. She developed fitness and nutrition programs for Rick Warren?s Daniel Plan and the PINK Method, and is the author of two transformative books: Love Yourself Enough to Be Healthy: 50 Affirmations to Your Best Life and The 4321 Nutrition Plan.Beyond her credentials and media presence, Dr. Ahmad is deeply rooted in community service?as a youth mentor, animal rights advocate, and health advisor. Get strong for life, not just the gym. This high-energy bootcamp is your full-body transformation, with two weekly sessions targeting Lower Body and Core, and Upper Body and Core. Led by celebrity wellness expert Dr. Basheerah Ahmad, this class blends real-life movement with strength training you can feel. Move better, get stronger, and train smarter. All levels welcome. Two classes per week. One goal: strong for life. **Note: Participants need a yoga mat, glute bands light and heavy dumbbell options. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
