Biography: Dancing has been a passion of Josette?s for as long as she can remember. She finds joy in moving to the rhythm and sharing that enthusiasm with others. As a MetroFIT instructor, Josette teaches the fundamentals of line dancing, helping participants build confidence, coordination, and a sense of community?one step at a time.She believes that many of the activities people enjoy are also great forms of exercise. Movement is exercise! Line dancing, like most other dance styles, incorporates rhythm, counting, and movement, making it an excellent workout for cardiovascular health and leg strength.Josette?s classes offer an hour of fun, fitness, and friendship, where participants can enjoy camaraderie, encouragement, and plenty of laughter while dancing their way to better health.
