Biography: Yakini Wilson is a certified Zumba instructor with over 10 years of experience. She has taught various disciplines in the fitness world, including Piloxing, Zumba, Zumba Strong, Step Aerobics, and HIIT/Circuit training. In addition to her fitness background, Yakini has taught multiple dance genres to youth, such as Liturgical Dance, Ballet, Jazz, and African dance, at churches and through non-profit organizations. Yakini enjoys cycling, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. 6-Week Functional Strength Bootcamp
Get strong for life, not just the gym. This high-energy bootcamp is your full-body transformation, with two weekly sessions targeting Lower Body and Core, and Upper Body and Core. Led by celebrity wellness expert Dr. Basheerah Ahmad, this class blends real-life movement with strength training you can feel. Move better, get stronger, and train smarter. All levels welcome. Two classes per week. One goal: strong for life. **Note: Participants need a yoga mat, glute bands light and heavy dumbbell options. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
