Biography: Keith A. Leitner is President and Owner of Leitner Consulting Group, a lecturer in the College of Business at the University of Louisville, an Advisor with Liker Lean Advisors, LLC and a Senior Lean Consultant with TBM. While serving as faculty at the Graduate and Executive Education Department at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Keith created and was the Lead Faculty on several programs including Lean Enterprise Systems Design Institute, Lean for Shop Floor Operations, Lean + TOC Enterprise, Lean Applied to Business Processes, the Air Force Lean Black Belt Certification Program, Lean for Hospital Based Healthcare, Lean for Scheduled and Ambulatory Healthcare, Lean for the Operating Room, and broader Air Force Lean Healthcare Programs.
