Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Practical Application Proceed to Purchase

This course trains participants in proven business process improvement problem solving methodologies (Lean Six Sigma). Participants deepen their knowledge of problem solving and are introduced to root cause analysis for more complex business process improvement opportunities. Participants learn how to reduce defects in established business processes using a practical toolkit. Problem solving is structured, data-driven, customer focused and based on teamwork. Participants will be exposed to additional proven methodologies which accelerate problem solving. Those methodologies include key elements of change management, project management and internal consulting. 

You will be more confident in your ability to solve business problems. You will understand the process of problem solving and how data can be used in the problem solving process. You will also be exposed to a lifetime of learning about solving more complex business problems.

 This course is taught by experienced and passionate practitioners of problem-solving methodologies. The participants will learn practical tools and be exposed to management concepts which can be applied immediately. The course also leverages best practices from change management, project management and internal management consulting. 

At the end of this course, you will be able to:
