Course: AI-driven strategic decision-making: Leveraging SWOT analysis

"AI-Driven strategic decision-making: Leveraging SWOT analysis" is a micro-credential that focuses on the application of AI tools to enhance traditional SWOT analysis. Learners will gain hands-on experience in applying AI tools to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and derive strategic insights for decision-making. This micro-credential course is targeted towards all learners looking to upskill in the application of AI for strategic decision-making. Learners will use publicly available AI tools and platforms (e.g., Google Colab, Google Trends, MonkeyLearn) that leverage predictive analytics, such as forecasting, trend analysis, and sentiment analysis to enhance SWOT analysis and make informed strategic decisions. AI has the potential to enhance SWOT analysis by improving the efficiency and comprehensiveness of data analysis, improving the accuracy in identifying internal strengths and weaknesses, and providing data-driven, proactive insights regarding opportunities and threats. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with in-demand skills that enable them to conduct AI-enhanced SWOT analysis and provide strategic recommendations. This micro-credential course will include a variety of AI-enhanced data analyses using predictive analytics, such as forecasting, trend analysis, and sentiment analysis, with AI tools like Google Colab, Google Trends, and MonkeyLearn.

This AI-driven strategic decision-making: Leveraging SWOT analysis microcredential consists of learning modules.  Content requires approximately 20 to 25 hours to complete.  To successfully complete the microcredential and earn a digital badge, students must achieve a minimum passing score of 80%.
