Course: AI and Human Resource Management: Leveraging AI For The Modern Workforce

As AI rapidly transforms business practices, understanding its role in HR is essential for optimizing talent acquisition, development, and management. This microcredential provides a comprehensive overview of AI's applications across key HR functions, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development. Participants will learn how to effectively integrate AI tools into HR strategies, enhancing organizational competitiveness in the "war for talent." And while AI can be used to streamline many of the HR functions, this microcredential also addresses the ethical considerations of AI in HR,ensuring responsible and fair implementation.

This microcredential will have five modules followed by a quiz that requires a minimum of 70% to move on to the next module. Additionally, there will be an AI in HR implementation plan that serves as capstone project for the microcredential that will be graded as pass/fail for completion.

AI and Human Resource Management: Leveraging AI For The Modern Workforce microcredential consists of learning modules.  Content requires approximately 20 to 25 hours to complete.  To successfully complete the microcredential and earn a digital badge, students must achieve a minimum passing score of 70%.
