Course: Formulating an Innovation Strategy

Previous completion of Introduction to Strategic Innovation is required for this course.

This microcredential will explore the methods and tools organizational leaders can use to formulate an innovation strategy. We start with the organization's strategic direction and intent and how innovation can help the organization reach its goals. Then we will explore ways firms evaluate which innovation projects to pursue, how to decide if the innovation should be pursued in collaboration with others, and how it might be protected by intellectual property.

Formulating an Innovation Strategy microcredential introduces you to content through modules.  Content requires approximately 20 to 25 hours to complete.  Learning assessment will be conducted through learning activities.  To successfully complete the microcredential and earn a digital badge, you must achieve a minimum passing score of 75%.
