Event: GEAPS/K-State Grain Elevator Managers Course
The GEAPS/K-State Grain Elevator Managers course benefits individuals that are responsible for supervising grain operations or work in grain quality management. The course focuses on the science behind the practices used ingrain storage, handling and quality management. It provides operations personnel and new or current managers with the information they need to correctly interpret the experiences they have when managing grain quality, and the insight they will require when evaluating the practices used at their facility.
Personnel management, grain quality management; grain handling equipment; grain drying;grain operations costs; grain inventory management; grain receiving and shipping; grain condition monitoring; grain aeration strategies and fumigation,among other topics.
Upon request, refunds for withdrawal made prior to fifteen days before a course start date will be fully refunded, minus a $100 processing fee. Refund requests made fourteen days or less before a course start date will be not be refunded.
IGP Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses if minimum enrollment numbers are not met. If a course is canceled, participants will be refunded 100% of their tuition. If a course is rescheduled, participants will have the opportunity to have 100% of their registration fees applied to the rescheduled course, or receive a full refund.
Registration for this event gives consent for photographic, publicity and inclusion on the participant list unless K-State Global Campus is notified in writing prior to the start date.
