Conflict Resolution Professionals Courses website
Participants will learn to address the complexity of people's lives, help them build a sense of community, foster mutual respect and cooperation, and assist them in seeing the perspectives of others and collaborating rather than using power as a basis for resolving disputes. The following professional courses are available for noncredit:
- CNRES 751 - Conflict Resolution: Core Skills and Strategies
- CNRES 752 - Culture and Conflict
- CNRES 754 - Organizational Conflict
- CNRES 755 - Family Mediation OR
- CNRES 759 - Foundations of Trauma and Traumatic Stress OR
Other conflict resolution course as approved by the program director
Courses are online and range in length from eight to 16 weeks. Each course will take place at the same time and follow the same pacing as the for-credit option, allowing you to participate in the live Zoom sessions or watch the recordings at a later time. This format makes the learning accessible while providing opportunities for interaction and consultation with professors.
Continuing education hours are available for an additional fee. It remains the responsibility of the participant to ensure Kansas State University continuing education hours will be accepted by their licensing body.Registration is currently available only for the course(s) listed below. Registration for other courses in this program will be available when future course dates are determined
A refund, less a $25 cancellation fee, is available if notice is received in writing to email@example.com 14 days prior to the course start date. Registered participants who do not cancel their registration by the refund deadline are responsible for registration fees even if they do not participate.
Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded. Fees will not be refunded if the program is held but the registrant is unable to participate and has not requested a refund by the cancellation date.
