Course: Facilitation Convergent Tools for Research & Extension Professionals

Participants will learn and apply convergent facilitation tools to help groups analyze ideas, narrow and refine thoughts and options, and progress logically to their top solutions. Each tool will be explained and explored, use cases will be determined, and participants will practice utilizing the tool in a facilitative session. Tools will include Anonymous Prioritizing, Decision Matrices, Rank Voting, Quadrant Diagrams, Levels of Agreement, Sticky Dot Voting, and Paired Comparisons.

Facilitation Convergent Tools for Research & Extension Professionals microcredential introduces you to content through modules. Content requires approximately 16 to 24 hours to complete. Learning assessment will be conducted through learning activities. To successfully complete the microcredential and earn a digital badge, you must achieve a minimum passing score of 70%.
