Event: TCCE-TEA-PUG Conference
The Kansas Department of Transportation is honored to host the 2019 TCCE-TEA-PUG Conference.
* Technical Committee on Cost Estimating (TCCE) - September 25-26, 2019
* Transportation Estimators Association (TEA) - September 26-September 28, 2019
* Project Users Group (PUG) - September 29-October 3, 2019
This 10-day conference brings members of the Technical Committee of Cost Estimating (TCCE), Transportation Estimators Association (TEA), and Project Users Group (PUG) together for the opportunity to share technology and expertise with other State Transportation Agencies. The conference will include presentations, technical review sessions and vendor demonstrations and will be held at the Marriott Kansas City in Overland Park.
If you must cancel your registration, please do so by Wednesday, September 4, 2019. Substitutions are accepted.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
TCCE - Registration fees, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received by September 4 for TCCE Members and $50 for non-members -TCCE
TEA - Registration fees, less a $100 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received by September 4
PUG - Registration fees, less a $100 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received by September 4
To modify or cancel your registration, please send a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "TCCE-TEA-PUG Conference." Due to guarantees, we must give prior to the conference, refunds are not available after September 4, 2019. Registered participants who do not cancel their registration in writing by September 4, 2019, are responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.
Registration for this event gives consent for photographs, publicity and inclusion on the participant list unless K-State Global Campus is notified in writing prior to the start date.
