The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course delves into the DMAIC process through in-depth information, analysis and application of Six Sigma and Lean concepts that can be immediately applied to projects and for leading and managing process improvement teams. The course is designed to certify participants as competent in the fundamentals of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt body of knowledge as defined by Kansas State University.

Plaques will be awarded upon successful completion of all program requirements, which includes full participation in all in-person class sessions, homework and reading assignments, competency examinations, and a project.

  • October 17-18, 2024
  • November 7-8, 2024
  • November 21-22, 2024
Meeting location on the Manhattan campus will be communicated to registered participants prior to the first session.

Participants must provide their own Minitab Statistical Software.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel your registration, please do so by 10/03/24 to receive a refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee. To cancel your registration, please send a written request to registration@k-state.edu with the program name in the subject line. Registered participants who do not cancel their registration by the refund deadline are responsible for registration fees even if they do not participate.

Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled, registration fees will be refunded. Fees will not be refunded if the program is held but the registrant is unable to participate and has not requested a refund by the cancellation deadline.
