Course Detail: LLC.5313 - It 's All About Cake
Get your baker hats and piping bags ready and join our chef as we dive into the wonderful world of cake decorating. From buttercream flowers to fondant figurines and delicious fillings, we will explore textures, smooth frosting and different types of coverings. Throughout the class, we'll practice piping, shaping and applying decorative elements to make our cakes truly one-of-a-kind. By the end, each student will have completed a series of decorated cake projects to take home and share, showcasing their creativity! Ages 14-17.
