Course Detail: YOBA - Young Bakers | grades 3-5
Calling all young bakers! Learn how to bake a layered cake from scratch, assemble, and decorate it. We'll use tools that you see professional bakers and decorators use: cake levelers, piping bags and tips, piping nails, rotating cake stands, and bench scrapers! We will cover different piping techniques to decorate your cake. You'll take your cake home on the second day in a protective cake box.
