Course Detail: KNFS - Kitchen Knife Skills

Become more efficient and consistent in the kitchen and perfect your kitchen knife skills. Start with the basics by choosing the right tools and learning how to hold a knife properly. During class you will practice at least 15 basic skills including dice, slice, mince, chiffonade, julienne, supreme, and zest. Learn how to reduce waste and keep yourself safe.

A week before the class you will receive a handout with suggested utensils and a ZOOM video conference link.
