Course Detail: ETHE - Ethiopian Exploration

Demystify the spices used in Ethiopian cuisine as you learn to blend your own berbere from scratch. During this two-part course, you will cook along and create three delicious vegetarian dishes, practice steaming injera, a fermented flatbread, and sit down to a flavorful, healthy meal by the end of the course. 

A week before the first class you will receive an email with an ingredient list and ZOOM video conference link.
