Course Detail: DST2 - DASH Track & Field Tykes | age 4-6
DASH Sports' Track & Field Tykes camps provide participants with a basic introduction to track and field events. Participants will learn and practice how to correctly run, jump, and throw. Emphasis is on technique and proper form. This camp will consist of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall athletic ability and performance. Campers should bring a water bottle and wear athletic shoes.
