Course Detail: GCLR-1030 - Self-Defense
Japanese Jiu-Jitsu style. Students learn to control their bodies, minds, and emotions while building confidence. This is not only great self-defense to know, it also provides a cardio workout, strength building, and mobility and balance.
Comfortable gym attire is recommended.
Classes are $25 each. You can register for one or as many as you like!
