StrengthsFinder is an innovative personal development tool developed by the Gallup Organization that zeros individuals in on their strengths rather than weaknesses. It is a strengths development program designed to give people the opportunity to develop strengths by building on their greatest talents! This course will help develop teacher leaders by exploring what they do well, and then finding ways to apply those talents authentically and productively.
