Carol Anne McGuire is an experienced educator, curriculum and instruction specialist, and Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach with a passion for helping those who influence children thrive. Since beginning her teaching career in 1990, she has served as a K-6 teacher, teacher of blind and visually impaired students, professional development specialist, and library media specialist. Her work with visually impaired students included teaching them to create their own movies-an experience that deepened her commitment to learning alongside students and embracing possibilities. Carol Anne holds educational backgrounds in Biblical Studies, Child Development, Children's Ministry, and Multiple Subjects Teaching from Hope International University, Chapman College, and California State University Fullerton and Los Angeles. She has written two strengths-based books, with another underway, and especially enjoys coaching teachers, parents, and churches. A worship leader and pastor's daughter and wife, Carol Anne is passionate about faith, education, and empowering others through their strengths.
