Course Detail: AAC-102IPADIS - Introduction to Airports in collaboration with iPADIS
Overview
Students will gain an understanding of the complex business of airports - beyond that of operational support to airlines and other aircraft operators - through the lens of an immersive, media-rich curriculum. The course introduces current and future strategies and technologies for airport facilities, infrastructure, operations, and management.
This course awards 1 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) upon completion.
It may be taken independently or combined as one of four courses in the Aviation Essentials Certificate program.

Course Information
This course is online, self-paced, and asynchronous. There are no scheduled meeting times with an instructor. Coursework is web-based with no additional software required. A reliable internet connection is recommended. This course contains a graded assessment at the conclusion.
