Program Structure

Three courses. Five days. Zero wasted motion. Each component is designed to build competency rapidly while reinforcing practical adoption across diverse operational environments. The structure allows flexibility for individuals to take one course, two courses, or the full three-course series, depending on developmental priorities.

Course 1: HFACS

Establish operational fluency with the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System.
Participants gain structured methodologies to identify causal pathways, diagnose organizational vulnerabilities, and support proactive risk mitigation.

Course 2: HFACS Advanced

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Embry-Riddle will award 1.2 CEUs to each attendee who successfully completes each course.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation charge of $150 will be assessed on any standard cancellations. A late cancellation charge of 25% of the course registration fee will be assessed on cancellations occurring within 14 days of the start of the course.
