Overview

AAC 101 is designed to engage students in an immersive learning experience that spans the history and evolution of aircraft design, development and safety considerations. The presentation of aircraft eras includes exploring emerging design and manufacturing technology.

This course awards 1 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) upon completion.

It may be taken independently or combined as one of four courses in the Aviation Essentials Certificate program.

Course Information

This course is online, self-paced, and asynchronous. There are no scheduled meeting times with an instructor. Coursework is web-based with no additional software required. A reliable internet connection is recommended.  This course contains a graded assessment at the conclusion.
