The certificate program requires completion of three courses, which integrate classroom learning in conjunction with discussion, critical thinking, and case studies. Participants may earn the Certificate of Management in HFACS by completing three courses: (1) HFACS (Virtual or In-Person); (2) HFACS-Advanced (Virtual); (3) Innovative Interventions: Mastering Human Factors in Accident Prevention (Virtual). We strongly recommend completing the courses in this order.
