Through integration of various dance styles, dancers develop increased stability, flexibility, and fluidity. Students engage in full body phrase work and movement exploration. Classes will begin with a structured warm up and progress to longer combinations center and across the floor. Dancers will be challenged to work on their musicality, attention to detail, and flow through movement patterns. Some ballet technique is required.
