I have been a Realtor in this area for almost 22 years - licensed in both GA and AL.  I have a GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute). I am an Associate Broker and certified instructor. I love this industry and have served on many committees both locally and at the state level. Currently I am on the local Board of Directors for our local board, I serve as a State Director and a Regional GRI Governor, member of the state forms committee and GRI committee.
